Everything is free while MedicareInsights is in beta. Nothing is charged and no card is taken. Every figure on the site is public and readable either way; the tiers change what you can do with the data, never what you can see. Both tiers read the same public score tables and the same methodology; Professional Beta adds saving, exporting and the interactive filtering built on top of them.

What the labels mean
| Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| live | Working today, on ingested CMS data. |
| beta | Working today, with a limit that will change: local browser storage, or a scope that widens as more CMS files are ingested. |
| planned | Not built. It needs either the next data ingest or the platform phase, and it is listed so nobody buys on a promise. |
